Join our youth Advisory Board
Our Civic Leaders Advisory Committee (CLAC) is made up of a diverse group of young adults who provide valuable input on how our organizational and youth-led programs are operated. They play a key role in ensuring that our work consistently centers and amplifies youth voices on a state and national scale. As passionate civic leaders, CLAC members help drive and expand our mission, ensuring we remain authentic and responsive to the needs and perspectives of this generation.
Requirements:
● Be between the ages of 18-24 and would like to join our youth advisory board click on the link above
● If 17 years old and would like to join our youth advisory board, please provide permission from parent or legal guardian
● Attend and actively participate in virtual monthly meetings (30-60 minutes)
● Be an ambassador for Palmetto Civic by sharing our site on social media and in your local community
● Review new content for the site and offer feedback
● Regularly communicate with Palmetto Civic staff and fellow CYAC members via email/text
